Overmars to succeed Swalef as chairman of Vereniging Achmea

Gijs Swalef (69) is to retire as chairman of Vereniging Achmea, the majority shareholder in Eureko B.V., on 31 March 2010. The Board of Directors of Vereniging Achmea has appointed Paul Overmars (64) to succeed him as chairman from that date. Paul Overmars is vice-chairman of Vereniging Achmea since 2007.
