Non-executive members:
M.G.(Margreet) van Ee (Dutch): Margreet is Managing Director of Eureko Re, the immediate parent of the Irish subsidiaries.
D. (Danny) van der Eijk - chairman (Dutch): Danny is a representative of the Executive Board of Eureko.
M. (Mary) Broughan (Irish): Mary is a non-executive director who also participates in the Underwriting Committee in Dublin and is chairman of the Audit Committee.
