F&C Asset Management is a leading European investment group whose UK holding company, F&C Asset Management plc’s shares are quoted on the London Stock Exchange.

F&C Asset Management has some EUR 154.6 billion assets under management (as at 31 December 2006).

Until 2004, F&C Asset Management was a wholly-owned Eureko operating company, but was then merged with ISIS Asset Management, in which Friends Provident was the majority shareholder. Eureko retains a 10.5% shareholding in F&C Asset Management, which acts as one of Eureko’s principal money managers, with long-term mandates.
